– Hi, my name is Ashton Goodell. I’m the CMO at Get Air Trampoline Parks. (light music) So I wear a lot of hats at Get Air. Mostly I do marketing, but we do a lot of different things from manufacturing, to purchasing, to getting merchandise on the shelves, and of course, the customer experience. So we had a lot of pinch points, and we still have a lot of pinch points. There are some things
that we’re very good at, and there are some
things that we just know we don’t know how to do. And one of the shortcomings
we had was technology. And a lot of people would say, “Well, you’re not a technology company. “It doesn’t really matter. “You sell entertainment,
you sell amusement.” But I always felt like, well, we should be a tech company and sell entertainment and sell amusement. And so that was really difficult for us because we aren’t coders. We don’t know how to hack the system. We do know how to create
great creative content, and we do know how to
really delight a customer. But how do we make that happen online? Because the millennial
mom wants to shop online. I would do anything to not
have to make a phone call. And yet, our whole business was centered around our call center. So what we were finding out is that our development team, though
very capable in one aspect, they were very good at creating
a point-of-sale system, they weren’t necessarily
the same kind of visionaries for marketing development. And so I had a pretty clear
picture of what I wanted but no tools to get there. And that’s what Campaign Creators provided is that toolbox, that kit that I needed to create this online platform that millennial moms would engage with. I think what’s interesting
about being a business person is that you are always learning, and you always, as soon as you think you have something figured out, you don’t. And so I don’t know if there
was a big ah-ha moment, but we know that there were gaps. We knew that there were
just things we didn’t know, and you know a part of you,
as you’re within a company, feels like you’re failing everybody. And so sometimes you kind
of look inside and say, “Well, what is it that I can’t provide?” And what I couldn’t provide is a strategy for email marketing and
a platform to do that. I couldn’t do that by myself. And so I found an expert who could, and that was Campaign Creators. Oh I’ve known one of the
founders of Campaign Creators for a long time in a
different realm or sphere, whatever you want to say. And he would always try to
tell me what it is that he did, and he talked a lot
about the sales funnel, about getting your customer into the top of the
funnel through awareness. And I understood that
because that’s what we did. We were all about awareness. But then he said that he liked to focus on the middle of the funnel. And I’m like, “I don’t even know “what this guy’s talking
about, like who cares?” Because I just wanted to
go from top to bottom, top to bottom, top to bottom. Well, the problem is
is that not every sale just goes from top to bottom. There is this conversation in the middle that we just weren’t having. And so it took me awhile to understand what the middle of the funnel really was, and it was Campaign Creators who brought that to life for me. As soon as I understood what
Campaign Creators offered, then there was this whole
new like world opened up. Where now I feel like a
lot of the ideas that I had that nobody could bring to light, Campaign Creators could bring to light. And so it’s not always that
they’re just generating ideas. They’re really making my ideas come true. Our first major goal working
with Campaign Creators was creating an e-commerce store. So we had a way to buy online, of course, but we didn’t have enough call to action within our marketing. And so we knew that every
single time we wanted to advertise, we wanted somebody to know that they could take another step forward and buy something. But really, we had that
in a very limited way. I wish I could almost show you
what that looked like before. Because yes, you could
book a birthday party, but you couldn’t necessarily
buy individual jump tickets, or you couldn’t combine
offers or merchandise, and that’s what I wanted to do. And this was an idea that I
explained to many, many people and they just didn’t really see it. I think the main thing
that Campaign Creators did to address some of our challenges is just simply listen to us. We, for a long time, had
a pretty clear vision of what we wanted but no path forward. And they listened, they listened. They were always willing to adjust and weave and dodge and get
to where we needed to go. And I think that’s really
been the path forward, and that’s why we’re such
strong partners today. The biggest positive that we’ve received as a client of Campaign
Creators is revenue. And a lot of marketing
companies that we’ve worked with just simply don’t wanna
talk about revenue. But we want to. We are in the business of making money and, of course, entertaining people. But when we have a marketing partner, we want them to be thinking
about our bottom line, and that is exactly what
Campaign Creators has done and continues to do through this process. I came up with the idea to
create an e-commerce store, but I couldn’t do it alone
and Campaign Creators really helped us. But what is cool is it’s not just a thing that we thought up or a cool idea. This is really quantitative. We know that we’re making money. And, you know, to the tunes
of millions of dollars on this platform that we
never had anything like it. So how this works is we have
a lot of tickets or packages or merchandise that we can sell, whether on social media,
our website, or email, or whatever platform you want. We’re seeing that our conversions have gone up significantly. We’re seeing a seven
to 10% conversion rate, whereas, before we were seeing between two and 4% conversion rate. I think there are a lot of inbox solutions that people think they could use, but I think what’s awesome
about Campaign Creators is that you can create the solution that you need for your business and not maybe something that
works for most businesses or a one-size-fits-most. It kinda fits, doesn’t really fit. You know, this is a real
couture fit, I guess, you know. This fits our company. We have seen from looking at
other entertainment companies, whether trampoline parks or just other family entertainment venues, that nobody had what we built. And really together, we
had to come up with that to make something that fit our business. I feel like we’ve worked with
so many marketing companies who have really let us down, and it’s been really hard. It’s almost to a point where
we don’t want help anymore because it’s been, all of the
help isn’t really helpful. And I feel like Campaign
Creators has done a great job of listening and becoming
really our partners and our friends.
