Help and support – Presenting your International Standard mail

Presenting your International Standard mail Hi, I’m Wendy from the Royal Mail Business Support Centre and I am going to show you how to present your International Standard mail items. Firstly, add a blue Airmail sticker to each item. You can handwrite this if you don’t have any. Separate your items by destination – For EU and outside the EU. For items being mailed outside the EU add a customs sticker – a CN22 label for items valued up to £270, or a CN23 label if they are valued over £270. Make a note of the weight of each item. You will need this for your Online Business Account. Finally place each pile into a separate bag, securing with a cable tie and the correct label. You are now ready to enter the details onto your Online Business Account. For more help and advice please visit www.royalmail.com/business/help
