Here’s How JotForm’s Marketing Team Stays Productive

Chad here, coming at you from the home of JotForm in foggy San Francisco. But I’m not here to talk about JotForm today. Instead, I want to share with you some of
the tools used by our marketing team to stay productive, focused, and organized. Having an easy method of collecting information
is critical to any company’s productivity. JotForm helps with that. But equally important to productivity is having
an easy way to automate the flow of that information. And for that, we use Zapier. One major way we use Zapier is for connecting
the attendee information we collect using a JotForm registration form, to GoToWebinar,
which we use to power our monthly webinar series. I love it when we add new members to team
JotForm, but the hiring process isn’t always my favorite thing. I hate it. So having tools that reduce the time spent
doing the nitty gritty of bringing someone on board is always welcome. Calendly is any hiring manager’s best friend. When I’m ready to schedule an interview
with a potential candidate, I just send them a link and let them choose a time slot based
on what’s available on my calendar. No more back and forth emails trying just
to figure out a day that works. We’re a busy marketing team, and we take
social media seriously. [Please make sure you’re following us on
Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. [We can wait…] At JotForm, we share a lot of content, whether
it’s tips and advice from our own blog or Medium channels, or outside publications. Using social scheduling tool Buffer, we can
spend an hour in a single sitting to schedule multiple posts to go out at later dates instead
of having to remind ourselves to constantly log back into our JotForm social accounts
and create a new post. Next, I want to talk about Asana, which is
a platform that lets teams manage their work. Now, I’m personally a pretty organized person… … but Asana can help any team stay on top of their tasks. One reason our team loves Asana is the calendar
feature. Not only can we add, label, and assign new
projects in Asana, but we can view it all in a terrific calendar view that enables us
to process the information more visually. Lastly, let’s talk about email inboxes. Our office works closely with our growth team,
our support team, our product team, and our design team — mostly by email. So it’s incredibly helpful to have a system
to manage requests that come by email. Sortd helps with that. It’s an email productivity tool that lets
you create to-do items directly in your inbox. If email is still your primary form of communication,
it’s an enormous help. Wanna know a fun secret? Your team can use every tool I mentioned here
for free. If you want to learn more about these productivity
tools and more, check out our blog at jotform.com/blog.
