How To Add Social Media Funnels To Facebook Profile

Hey everybody, it’s Brenda Ster
here at Sassy Suite, #EmpowerSocial. I’m the founder of Sassy Suite! We help direct sellers not be spammy
online and build better social marketing plans.
That’s what we do here. If you’re a direct seller and
you’re new to our page, welcome. If you’re a leader and you have a
team of direct sellers, whether one, or a thousand – feel free to share our
free training content to help everybody do better social marketing. This
whole month of June, you guys, this whole month of June, we are doing
Facebook tips right here on the page. Onscreen demos, every
Monday and Thursday, tiny, tiny little five minute bite sized.
How to do something on Facebook, specifically your Facebook page. This whole month is about Facebook
pages and I’ve got a really, really great agenda, you guys!
Mark this page to see it first, so you don’t miss any of my good
tips. I got the stuff, all month long. So today’s tip, today’s tip is how we’re going to add
social funnels to your Facebook profile and make sure people can
find you on other channels. So this is a really, really valuable
tip. So you can do this from mobile, or you can also do this from
your computer. I’m going
to show it to you onscreen, on your computer. You’re now looking
at my Facebook personal profile. Go to your About section
and on the left hand side, you’re going to see all your overview
sections. Go to Contact and Basic Info. Scroll down a little bit, and you’re going to see a section
for websites and social links. And then there’s also my birthday, feel
free to send me presents, January 23rd. Right there! So what you’re simply going to do is
you’re going to edit and you can add your replicated website, you can add
the link to your Facebook group, you can add your blog or your microblog; you can add those website links, so people will easily be able to click
and get where you want them to go, okay? Under your social links,
it’s a little bit different. So rather than entering the full URL, you’re only going to add
your profile name. Okay? You’re gonna add your profile name.
So in my case, I’ve got SuiteBrenda and I’ve got
Suite Brenda– Instagram and Pinterest! And you want to make sure
these are all set to public, so when we’re out doing a
little bit of social stalking; as we socialize in Facebook groups,
as we hang out and we network online, we all peek at each other’s information,
because we all do it. You guys, everyone does it.
So you want to make sure that’s public, so people can get where
you want them to go. Let’s go ahead and save that and
let me show you where this shows up. So here’s this website area
and here’s these social links. When you go to your profile, you’ll see right here under
those headline pictures, are those three links. Suite Brenda,
Suite Brenda, and Suite Brenda. So if anybody wants to click and follow
me on Instagram, Pinterest, or my, actually that’s my TapBio link,
a link extender, you can get to all my
places through that link. The other thing I wanted to
point out is this Intro Section. Facebook recently updated.
This is new guys, this is new. Recently updated.
This didn’t used to be here. Now you can add links directly in this
intro section at the top of your bio. Hey, look at that! So what do I have here?
I’ve got a link to the Socialite Suite, that’s our big community Facebook
group. And I’ve got a link to, again, SuiteBrenda,
same one as down here. That’s my link extender. And you’re going to go ahead and navigate
that by going into that edit button and simply by putting the
full URL right in there, it will turn it into a clickable link.
All these tiny, tiny little funnel connections are
valuable real estate for your business. And when you’re looking
at something on mobile, it’s even more important because when
you view somebody’s profile on mobile, it’s right at the top–I don’t know
if you can see it, there we go– It’s right at the top. It’s right at
the top of your social real estate. That’s valuable real estate, you
guys. That is valuable stuff. Scroll down and you’ve
got those same links, works at Brenda Ster and there’s my
social bio– my social connections, that’s valuable real estate! So if you
have a direct sales or a small business, a social marketing multilevel marketing
business – add those connection points, so people can navigate. All we’re doing is we’re connecting
your personal Facebook profile, to all your business channels. So you’re basically building a tiny
little funnel and you’re starting to build your web. If this is
new, if this is a new, new context and sort of a new strategy
for you, make your information public. You’re a business owner,
even if you’re a hobbyist or a part timer, you want people to easily get
where you want them to go. It’s not more than a click or two to
have them follow your links, okay? So that’s your challenge for today,
you guys! Thanks for sticking with me. As always,
if you’re a leader, share this video with your team and help
everybody in #EmpowerSocial by building a stronger social strategy for
your direct sales business. I’ll see you back here next time, we’re
doing Facebook all month long. Bye guys! See you in the Suite.
