How to manage (and resend) email invitations through Eventbrite


After you send your invitations, you can manage and even resend them to
people who haven’t responded yet. Wouldn’t want them missing out, right? Just go to the “Email Invitations” section under Invite & Promote and click the “View Status” link. You’ll see a number of different
statuses next to each email recipient. Stop here for a sec. It
is so important to stay on top of these statuses before you send any more
invitations for your event. Remove any and all email addresses with a status of Bounced, Unsubscribed, Complaint, or Undelivered/Blocked from your contact lists. Like, really. Now, on to those invites. Want to resend the exact same invitation
without recreating it? Just select “Copy” and the custom invitation you sent will be you got it, copied. Then, all you have to do
is add new recipients and send your invitation immediately or
schedule it for later. Still waiting on some friends to reply
to your invite? Been there. Give them a friendly reminder by simply
resending the invitation. Click on “View all invited guests” and
filter the recipients to just those who haven’t replied. Then select “Edit and Resend Invites to Not Responded.”
