How to Scan to Email from Your Printer | HP Printers | HP

This video shows how to scan a document to
Email using the Scan to Email feature on your HP LaserJet Enterprise, MFP, or ScanJet. To scan a document, you
can use the ADF or the scanner. Open the printer scanner lid. Place the document face down on the scanner glass. Align the edge of the document with the
alignment guide. Close the scanner lid. On the printer control panel, touch E-mail. Touch the To: field and type the recipients
e-mail address. Touch OK. Touch the subject field, and type the email subject. Touch OK. Touch More Options to change default settings
if needed. Touch Send E-mail at the top of the screen
to scan and send the e-mail. The scanned document has been successfully

  1. the problem is, the printer asked me to enter the user name and password , and i try but always incorrect ?? what to do??

  2. the problem I get is when I try to send scan to email it says The sender email address is rejected by the server. Make sure the sender address is correct. I called my service provider they gave me all the information to put in for smtp and I used my outlook email address so I don't understand what is going on. If you could help in simple wording as I don't understand a lot of technical terms. Thank you in advance for any help I have an Hp Office Jet Pro 8710 series
