sites whether you get backlinks from Facebook Google Plus doesn’t matter where you get them from doesn’t matter where you place your business details on articles or press releases doesn’t matter what remember think of of it as URL you placing your details on a URL so therefore when you visit a URL to put your business details make sure that you you liked it make sure that you know
that people will come there okay that’s the key also LocalBusiness Markup I’m not going to in depth because this can actually get quite complex and I don’t believe many understand this and quite honestly I actually don’t understand some of the things its saying here I understand good enough to share with you what I know and I know for a fact what I share with you will help you rank your local business in Google search another bit is Meta Meta Tags within your head element easy to place some coordinates related relating to where you are let’s close that let’s have a look at what that means where are we? We’ve covered that we place our details on our web page also if you’re targeting many different suburbs let’s say you are a handyman that services entire Melbourne don’t make an honest mistake and don’t even listen to your web designer if your web designer reckons that ohh you should place you know should place all the suburbs in the footer section just link to your inner pages that are all the same never think like this cause you want to create
successful online business for yourself so therefore we need to do everything properly how do we do that properly well this is how we do it properly think of it as each web page that you have you optimize it individually targeting different keywords if its suburb based so that means if you are targeting many different suburbs make sure whatever landing page you create you know let’s imagine someone searching Google with these terms here handyman services in Melbourne Malvern when they come to that that page should talk about that and address that and if you also want to you know target let’s say Carlton is you’re servicing Carlton area then you create different landing pages it is only then you can link to other page as such make sure remember each page must be unique unique everything as best that you can so that means don’t create one web page and then target ten different suburbs creating different pages targeting different suburbs yet the content is the same change your text as best that you can surely you gonna have some some words the same as other pages but change
your images make them unique as well change bit of text the footer section can stay the same interlinking everything so what else we covered that when we think of placing our details on other websites we don’t think of it like article directories huh or web directories or ohh we should get a backlink from Facebook no we think of it as other URL’s make them unique also yes we covered that hang on I’m missing something how to seo your local business sorry about that yes I have missed this how can I miss this I meant to show this to you cause it’s important for you local rankings this is a simple markup for you okay very easy this will be in the description of this video as you can see I’m not gonna go in to depth cause I’ve shown you the URL and the URL will be in the description of this video okay but as you can see having your address on all your web pages is great that’s what everyone else is
doing yeah but because you come and learn with me I share with you what I do yeah because it’s a better way of doing things so if you’re offering a service this is the markup it doesn’t have to be

    I would have a question for you and would be grateful if you could answer it.

    I understand the principles of the geo specific SEO targeting, but what if I'm a business offering my services locally, but targeting an international audience. Wouldn't it hurt my exposure to limit myself to the country specific Google search engine, making it only available to people that are searching within the country using that type of country specific version?
