Mailchimp’s What’s In Store: Underclub


I believe women ought to feel their best
selves every day. Underclub is a subscription underwear service changing how women shop for their underwear.
Using the Mailchimp reports we were able to segment a certain audience and we
were able to follow up with them to hopefully bring them over the tipping
point of converting to subscribers. Postcards were one of the things I was
most excited about where we would have never had the time to do that completely
on our own, and have something that feels like a one-stop shop for our marketing
has been enormously helpful. Right after we send it out there’s always a few
immediate conversions and then we’ll have more trickle in as people get the
mail and we can see real time as people are actually coming to our site and
converting. In the past year alone we’ve grown nearly 10x a lot through our
marketing and our advertising and being able to communicate our brand in our
service to our customers. I love Mailchimp because they take a lot
of the heavy lifting off my shoulders. I don’t get my panties in a bunch now. Hahahaha
