At The Bouqs, the biggest thing is, how can we stand out from the crowd during our busiest seasons,
which are Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, and I
saw that the capabilities that Movable Ink provides
has a huge opportunity to help us to visually
create different experiences from a lot of our competitors,
which obviously leads to more engagement, more
click-throughs, and more revenue. The value of Movable Ink’s
capabilities on web and display, it’s something actually
that I’ve been asking for, then extremely excited about it, and I think things like
personalizing your first name or personalizing imagery
based off of what’s relevant, off of your browsing history,
can be immensely helpful to improve that digital experience, and ultimately conversions on your site. Where I see the big opportunity
is working with Movable Ink to automate a lot of variations in creative experiences,
which is vastly important, because it helps us to compete
with our larger competitors, and we’re kind of a higher
priced player in the market, so, it’s that much more important to deliver visually stunning experiences to attract a customer base
to justify our price point. Movable Ink has helped us
to create more collaboration with our creative team. It’s arming our creative
team with more tools to produce more visually
stunning experiences. One of the recent
examples we put in market is a scratch-off feature where we reveal our “Bouq Of The Month,”
which is our featured bouquet for every month, and we
put in market a scratch-off where it’s kind of concealed
and hidden by dirt. I think that’s a great illustration of how our creative team
has kind of evolved, versus what we were doing previously. Because we are such a visual company, it’s allowing us to innovate on our end, on how we can surface
different types of promotions and messages to our customers, through outbound marketing and on site, and helping us to differentiate
ourselves and get publicity.
