The UnFranchise Manifesto: Binomial and UnFranchise System Genesis & Evolution

The UnFranchise Manifesto: Binomial and UnFranchise System Genesis & Evolution

hi this is JR Ridinger in today and wanted
to discuss us an amazing concept a business
opportunity now you may have just seen a market american unfranchise business
opportunity or you may be in on unfranchise owner and
her occasionally asked questions that you do not have the knowledge to
effectively answer with competence or you may be a growing successful on
franchise owner and leader need to be able to answer these
questions for your partners in order to train them and duplicate knowledge competent and
success now I’m often asked how I came up with
the market america concept and how was created or started and it’s a pretty
amazing success story in a itself and explained why it is an idea whose
time has come is really the solution to understanding the Market America business model and
why it’s up entrepreneurial solution for average people and people who are
looking for solution to develop a long-term residual income and financial independence sometimes
when people see their own franchise business plan it seems too good to be true have you ever heard
that while was just never done be four people there
and the answer is quite simple there’s
never been a tracking system like this or a model to do it so it just was never
done so the logic behind it and how it works and what makes it unique or very
important to understand I think that when one here’s how it evolved how
was created it starts to make sense and become
believable so is important in fact is essential to understand how it’s different then How is it superior other business models
such as a affilate marketing programs direct sales network marketing mlm mail order direct response business
opportunity investments franchising or traditional broken more businesses even now later on in this series of counseling and
coaching sessions we will study the structure dynamics
philosophy as well the systems and technology that
is necessary to make this model and system work and that will lead a discussion about
practices and I’ll be your personal guy and coach through it all now we’ve just finish a very
important resource document called the on franchise and binomial manifesto it’s been a long time coming this is a
comprehensive textbook and reference manual on the reasons
behind everything in our business it explains
why it works and how it’s different explained how we
are different from other businesses and it elaborates on the mathematical and legal reasons
why things are structured the way they are and how they insure your success if you
follow the system that you’re supposed to
follow and explained in detail why their requirements and tracking mechanisms in how they all work together
to strengthen your business and actually make developing a residual
income easier and sustainable it becomes
apparent they are your best friend and you
wouldn’t want to do the business without them now in this series and then the unfranchise binomial manifesto there are additional lessons on very important things such as how our
program appealed a to everyone and benefits
everyone because it’s saves everyone money shopping online so at the heart of the program we can
provide people anything that they want or me and are
currently mine so it’s about saving money which it was
making money everyone wants to better be involved
because of this and that only the shopping annuity where they can convert spending end up earning just imagine
that converting spending and earning and
develop residual income as a result I’ll converting your spending in earning
where the process of changing the way people shop and this will make history
now the shopping annuity is a revolutionary tracking system and it’s not MLM so how could
someone confusing converted spending into earning is at the very heart and soul what our business is about the two tools
that make it possible for the home advisor and shop body and this makes it a no brainer that everyone should do and you’ll say this
on pole as time progresses become so easy and
transparent that everyone will do it it will become
addictive then we’re gonna have a lesson on the
difference between binary programs and those which I consider a counterfeit are copies of our
structure on paper and a diagram and the binomial MPCP now remember we invented the binomial system which some people
call binary so don’t confuse the two learn how they are diabolically
different I invented the binomial system some twenty one years ago and many have copied it and call it binary they look
the same and a diagram but they don’t work the
same they’re not the same so another very important topic that we’re going to do a lesson on is
what they say is an amazing some of the thing that
people say at objections and that answers to those
objections so that you don’t get it call-up and some crazy question that you can
answer and it sounds like you don’t know what
you’re talking about but all the misconceptions preconceived notions and stereotypes that you’ll hear about
because people or on warm and the facts about
them and how to answer or deal with them will set people straight it’ll get
people to see the light well that includes things like
preconceived notions and misconceptions such as pyramids networking Ponting’s scheme MLM and scams what are they and what’s the
difference here and then we have one of my favorite
topics requirements requirements and why they’re necessary
to and why they make sense actually are your best friend
solidifying your income and how we have the how we want to
continue to simplify the program a business
through automation technology and having a
simplification consciousness so let’s begin by my sharing with you
the genesis and evolution the Unfranchise system a binomial system or the MPCP plan I believe that it’s a
solution or answer to most other problems and
obstacles that I ran to into as an entrepreneur or and
distributor in the marketing industry especially in direct sales marketing and networking and multi-level
marketing and MLM understand from the get-go however the Market America is not MLM network
marketing although it may have evolved from it it’s kinda like one of my favorite analogy just like in music a years ago we started out with vinyl
records and have no I used to collect them then
it was LPs and then they came out with 8tracks and soon it was cassette tapes and then it
will want to see days then the iPod’s then the mp3’s and then the streaming but they’re not
the same but they all play music is a streaming a
MP3 are the crime a vinyl record
and the 8track and they should not be confused I like a
mom-and-pop store is not the same as a chain store and
that’s not the same as a franchise and that’s not the same as a superstore
and that’s not the same as an online shopping site or experience like Amazon
shop.com with their all in retail the model is quite different for each one of them an our model is strange in some ways because it’s a hybrid
between internet marketing franchising 1to1 marketing and direct
sales with a network aspect there’s nothing
else like it so there’s nothing that can really be
compared to now Market America was originally started
out of my frustration with the mass marketing industry in general and the belief that there was a better
more efficient way to introduce products into the marketplace and a market or distribute products on a
repeat bases it’s basically the result 18 years of
frustration disappointments realizations a pippin
age de danse mistakes and several Madrid
moments that resulted in the genesis and creation I guess to some extent it was an
accident but when prepared as an opportunity collide on
the playing field of frustration something great can happen and that’s
what happened here it may have been an accident but it
definitely wasn’t lock now I was involved right out of college
indirect sales network marketing a motivational marketing and that led
experiences and as seen on tv marketing cosmetic an image consulting & Salon
motivational on sales training catalog marketing direct mail
infomercials direct response and product development now that was a
tumultuous adventuresome eighteen years so I guess
you can say I swam with the sharks it was grown in the guatemalan right
from the get-go now I was educated as a scientist and
biologist in got a job with the government as a
marine biologist and found it to be disappointing and dissolution what it took a
life-threatening experience that’s a shock me into reality and to get out of
the proverbial ripe and that led me to see cape trip and Bermuda with friends were I
discovered what entrepreneurs were at when I asked who
lived in those mansions on the sea in those beautiful yacht I was actually
looking around ross perot’s house at the moment but to make a long story
short I return home complaining about jobs and claiming the wanna be an entrepreneur or at the someone who actually picked me up
hitchhiking from Kennedy Airport any challenge to me and
said he had a way that I might be able to do it of course that a bit was life-changing
and had he came to show me the concept in
the the program he sold me a ticket the
seminar that set me off on a miraculous journey the resulting alternately in Market
America so that was my introduction to entrepreneurism residual income and the
introduction to marketing which was a initially in the direct
sales industry now after 18th frustrating but
financially rewarding years on the marketing roller coaster ups and downs followed by two financially devastating experiences
resulting in starting over I had developed a fundamental believe
based on experience that mass marketing was upside down an inside-out there was a
better more efficient and effective way introduce products into the marketplace
and I saw em believe that direct sales in network marketing had
the potential answer to that and was flogged now the
concept a 1to1 marketing posts that make along with the belief that there
was a real need for entrepreneurial opportunity at the
grassroots level of society and our economy now I believe and I’ve always believed from the
beginning that the greatest power in the world is not nuclear energy or government or military power but
people power and the fundamental desired do better in
the car about a better more secure life for oneself do one’s
own thing I believe that if you could harness
that power you could change the world and I still
believe that passionately now I had arrived at this
believe that the traditional mass marketing
model was an efficient in a care
system hand antiquated paradigm store marketing
and mass media branding required millions of dollars in advertising or hundreds of millions of dollars and
branding a to market and distribute the product
intense competition for shelf space in stores a well wanted products that were
only advertised and it was like vicious cycle are trying
to get a product industry or distribution require huge
inventories and distribution centers and warehouses
more cost furthermore it was inefficient but
think percent to 65 percent of the cost the product was an advertising inventory which denim or shelved became obsolete
requiring deep discounts to liquidated multiple shipping cost from center to
center to the stores in the supply chain from manufacturer
warehouse to store exasperated the problem the result was that this made it extremely difficult to
introduce new innovative product into the marketplace
and it was more than an up hill battle something was wrong I thought there was
a better way require huge budgets it was controlled
by a caste system were you needed to know the right people
hand favors were granted in a row
good-old-boy network who controlled now direct sales in
network marketing provide an alternative that I gravitated to I never forgot reading the federal courts
administrative judges ruling and at the same urges the Amway case in
the MLM pioneers favor back in the nineteen seventies as he echoed almost exactly what I just
said that it was necessary it was unnecessary
and viable channel to foster competition and allow new
products to be introduced enter the marketplace and a control market so he was referring to exactly what I
was saying so my journey preparing may for market
America and the unfranchise was over 18 years as an
entrepreneur or distributor consultant director or
executive in direct sales network marketing industry companies including serving on the board of
directors of DSA for two terms now in 1991 I was at Crossroads I was a dreamer or a
visionary an idealist I was tried the save another
company for someone who wasn’t listening and I was frustrated I would come home and tell Loren my 18
year old girlfriend at the time and now my why for 22 years a another
success story altogether about my ideas and that there was a
better way in I would expand upon it and
exuberantly and relentlessly and that leads me to a story that was actually spark that started the company so I would rate Radu Lauren hey there’s
a better way a I say the same problems over and over
again and the industry that arm and there’s
negative incentives there’s discourage man built into the
program and a mass marketing advertising makes
no sense her you really don’t know what you even
ever get for put up the money but you don’t know
what it really sold am what time you know what everyone wanted
what did you actually know what everyone wanted in a database because I know one thing: people hate to
be SOL what they love the by what I mean by
that when I go into store and salesman comes up just can I help
you don’t say yes only something usually say armed is wait for my wife
does browser does looking because we don’t like to be pressure we don’t like to be SOL well we want
something we want it and we want to go shopping
for and we want to buy it so why not find out what people were looking for
what they’re shopping for what they’re buying instead of trying to sell them provide them what they already what
you’re looking for so what if you had a database up
hundreds of thousands of people and you know what they wanted where they
were communicating with you what they were looking for so want to build a database collected
this information you could say that it was ten thousand people or but the thousand people that
wanted widgetized some magic gadget or some marvelous lotion or potion that would make you younger
whatever the product may Bay well you go out and source it out to
make it better and were already pretty good at that and up we wouldn’t need large inventory’s and
we wanted need a huge million dollar ad budget because you already know who wanted and the product was already sold big or
even came out with it the people who would refer other people you could track it and pay
them rather than the you know the advertisers
or the marketers the promoters and or the stores and then once they had a good relationship you can
find out what else they wanted continue the process providing a person
as many things as you could find out that they wanted
she said well makes a lot of sense to make a why don’t you
just do it big guy well I was a little hesitant I was a little termid back I was a little upgrade to do it because
it had never been done before even though the idea made sense so I would go through these arguments
with my saw know it’s an idea whose cop whose time has come you really should believe the world
needs it it’ll change the World Vision than other little guy
would say yeah but it’s never been done before and you know how the money then
you’re probably go bankrupt in oh yeah but somebody’s got to be the
first one to do it a yeah but not you know do you do it you
might make a fool out of yourself so I’m never going back and forth through that have are you with get to rate the middle arguing with
myself arms as I listened wattages just forget it were denied and
let’s go out the movie and take a break well anytime you’re gonna go out to a
movie or to a restaurant for that matter you
should always get a recommendation don’t you agree with that to make sure
that you’re going to have a good edge experience or find out what what is good
watch rape well is interesting because today we’re
an internet marketing company in recommendations really what drives the business back then there was really no Internet services again you that
information so I started call on some of my friends in up just so happened that nobody was home
so we decided to take a chance and we went out
and anyway and is really risky to go out to a movie with me without knowing wattage a what it is or if that’s good because I
have a reputation believing in the middle movies because I can stand the beach scare or upset and what I’m scared and upset all the time
why should I pay to be scared and upset at a movie Jul up we lucked out however it was an incredible movie that night I
can remember what it was twenty years ago maybe rocky do I was in a moment II was just lost my solvers laughing was crying
having a great time and another movie even though it was an
incredible experience I couldn’t wait to get home to tell people about it in fact I spent more time telling people
about it that I then watching a movie and out people that I called all excited
they did not too impressed %uh knowledge waterfall whatever very happy
warrior well you know it a week later or a month
later with a wanted to go to a movie they remember my
excitement they ended up going to the same movie and wanted to know they had the same
experience they got lost in the moment they had a great time and they couldn’t wait to get home and
tell people about it so over the next month over 300 people went to that movie because of my big
mouth height and Megan on I even looked it up the promoters are markers a movie spent over
20 million dollars promoting that movie actor Laurence as
you know what I could do with that twenty million you now see what I mean whatever you know who led the who and
pay them and then found out what else I wanted
you could eliminate all that waste not advertising and have
a much more effective model you can actually build an incredible
business model out just finding out what people want people recommending in
leading the others and monetizing it by paying them rather then the big advertisers
marketers and all the distribution money and what not 202 thing about this is that happens
very organically the same way people meet each other hey
just happens naturally and if someone gets caught up in the referral thread or in the line K there now and celeb eyes to find somebody else I and edge pretty interesting because the same
thing exist in the second read the Saints energy everybody’s get
credit the same wiesel as a saint economic blow and the same motivation the same
teamwork so it’s pretty that we actually saw all
that working to fundamentally we devise a system the
required to repair all threads or distribution channels are aligned were everybody in that line gets 100 percent
credit for all the sales and orders coming in now this creation economic gloom synergy
in royalty and teamwork that I never seen before they may be in
a line that they accumulated never get volume and
just by chance just because somebody knew them and all they need to do is start one
more line a referral red leading the people which has the
same dynamic an appeal and buying credit as everyone had in the
first one so it’s kind of interesting to see how
the dynamics of this work very naturally very organically and
it’s really the way people meet people anyway become friends but what does actually
does with the 20 with the second line is it doubles a production which is only
one more thread one more channel one more like one more
person expanding distribution but doubling it now one is very realistic and easy to do and privately a no brainer and below that the average person has uprooted proven to be able to sponsor
two-point eight people by the DS a study over thirty years so we know
that on top of all that didn’t very realistic
and already been documented statistically the bees something that people can do
rather than what I company want them to do which is what all the
other programs are baseball so we figured out how to pay the maximum
amount of money all products sold by barring them in
quantity or negotiating deep discounts on on quantity and distribute the margins
and BB and I Pvt UFO’s based on having two lines were thread to unlimited
people now it’s complicated math and it’s a
complicated sophisticated tracking system and its reconcile through requirement
but it’s miraculous when you think about it so that’s where the two by two by two get to get to came from so that’s a Genesis of Market America 22
years ago started accidentally from daughter movie and in a paper the about a better way at home market based on 11 marketing at
a new tracking model which led to the binomial MPC pay and on franchise system so at any rate all this leads to the discoveries that I’ve made over the
years a what the repeating problems were in the
industry and you I know that we could address them we
would have the solution and the Raiders opportunity ever so I
thought onset and bird mark in america I was basing our model home what I knew
to be true from experience from many experiences
and if no one else had done it yet we had to
do it group the reason I did it was because nobody else what bill so everyone the I talk to agree that these
were the common problems and if they were dressed it would be a
new paradigm an idea whose time had com and you can’t stop an idea or a concept
whose time has come at a point is this: after 18 years of
successful experience in the industry that the on franchisee ball from what I saw that were the same problems a and downfalls that repeated themselves company after calming now I was always succeed is successful and became
a top distributor and a top 10 level remarkable companies a or the number two or three executive making accompany pride I never was the number one executive have because I
was always doing ever someone else would go down with the ship need be but I never failed with the
program however companies failed me or pulled the rug
out from underneath name because of the nature of the
program or bad decisions I gotta say review literally hundreds of
programs that a statistically during my eighteen years and literally thousand Wagner burner all
opportunities and direct sales are network marketing
companies had come and go on it became apparent that there was a certain repeating
problems are weaknesses for all that called the repeating failure I was rather second tired over it was apparent to me that no one ever
really thought the model or the system since the beginning of the
industry in the nineteen forties this they were all spin also are
variations all the same basic concept up what came
before so here it is here are some other
repeating problems that were obvious the first problem center on the phenomena a one product or
one market companies they had proven to have a limited life ran their course were vulnerable to
competition and market swings and often declined or evaporated now in the information age we need
understand the product or industries are born exploded dominate and disappear overnight that’s how rapidly things can happen I
mean examples in our II talk a little bit earlier
about the record industrial music industry how things
have changed immediate take a look at typewriters a fortune 50 company I love Smith Corona everybody had a typewriter twenty years
ago and one year they disappeared poor you say that’s all what about Kodak
thats recent I’ll so this is a huge issue where the purpose for the enterprise
entrepreneur early is to generate residual income G adaptability and longevity or the
necessity to achieve that objective a residual
income something has to lash and have to adapt to the marketplace up so quite often you will see a company
founded solely on a single product our single product liner single market some a magical Americal product a magic potion erosion or Merkel a
lecture I anything from a world exotic berry
juices and brings radiant barrier or new miraculously water filter and if the magic product was successful it was spawned fierce competition and
other direct sales in network marketing companies did the same then it would end up online or I power or in catalogs or and on TV direct
response and at a fraction of the price and large retail stores retail store chains like
wal-mart an example is water filters within a
Saturday had they end up in Kmart or on TV in the
price is undercut what accompanied /url portable or armed
with quorum had the same experience Eagle shield a
energy-saving radiant barrier and exploded in disappear because you can get it at the how supply stores so even if that
doesn’t happen price wars drive down the price is to
work on tlie that introduce a product and brought
attention to it could no longer compy and pay
commissions so people get built up in a wide heat
only for an exaggeration and highly as a result of these types of magic
product and sometimes and stimulates regulatory
problems or an investigator pressed because they overdo it and regulators need to
justify their existence any way to earn merit badges so how when they say something that over pouted an over exaggerated quite often
they’re gonna make an example other but beyond that there’s a limited market with one product or one product line not
everybody’s interested in one market area it has
limited scope you say people are attracted to what
they loved what they need a and what their experience batter what
they’re good at and we want to build a residual income
on providing an entrepreneurial opportunity at the grass root level a our society this country let’s reach as
many people as we possibly can was something is relevant to them so
what it’s really all about when we thought about it came down to it
is to have an opportunity to the grassroots level where the average person to drive a pope
on residual income with product people believe then and needed so the concept is a provide products or
services that people want that are market-driven that are superior
to that of in a store power to order that are mass
marketed brands and have products that people recognize as a real value that a revolutionary
that are scientifically backed that they can’t get anywhere out and then that wrong lives the business and the edcomm entrepreneur
0 that’s what we wanted to go and that’s
what we set out to capture solution was a product brokerage company which also made sense to add a shopping
experience in that we could be 360 a provide people anything and
everything that they wanna but the focus was on market-driven
products that people need enter bombing it’s based on market demand people want
them so you don’t have to sell and they were we want opportunity to be totally retail
driven with repeats sailed and regenerated
volume from the bottom up so I identified the
main problems with other opportunities and plans and the first one the first primis a
purse up focus was we did not want to have another one product for one product line company we wanted to be a product
brokerage company and not would enable us to do 11 marketing better because we found
what people wanted we could actually go out and get the product her at the line and bring it to the people in fact it
was the people on the distributors in a customer decided what we came out with rather
than us toll in reverse from how everybody else does so at this would be people and people to a
product were able to match people to product and
product to people what does that mean week now
that somebody has a problem orel up they have a stiff me there used to be a
Napoli Ron and we have a product that house under start running again they’re
gonna tell everybody about it never works and if somebody loves cosmetic you can
tell them anything about cosmetic we say you love has managed you need to tell me what you think a
there’s a may try it and it’s better they belong local it’s all over gonna
buy it forever so that also outlaws to find out how
many things we could actually provide a customer and build share a customer
rather their market share were more interested in how many things we can
provide each customer and find it for them the day love or the salsa problem for them because
it’s gonna be a continuity program where they ordered over over over your so this
fundamentally let us to the mall without walls have you well where we
identified 10 major markets te that were billion dollar market cap for a bob are and we added the Market America
university to provide the support the training with a and specialized techniques to her you move those products which
quite quite often they were scientific products or products that were
revolutionary they were not mean to protestant you
could find on the supermarket shelves and they needed to be explained and marketed correctly such as in a
dramatic truth which goes through Dockers or Cocker which is about music K up or any %uh var our product lines like
website or you need to be go through a training to be a factor but
at so we provide that by of training sure
that you’re a professional and exper but we had something for everyone
everything for someone and we would move with the trend to be
market-driven you can count on one thing if there was a new hot trend a new hot
product that came out that everybody wanted you wouldn’t have to go look for a new
opportunity because it would comment under the Market America on brawler in
the Market America mall without walls so the second thing that we addressed
was a compensation plan to marketing plans that had negative incentives or
limitations by creating the for binomial MPC pay and tracking system
where we have to thread your channels ledger lines if you will per BD say now that’s very realistic and you can do
that over and over and over again to develop an income but in a vertical
fashion rather than a horizontal Bakken which eliminates competition and creates
energy and cooperation a working together and that’s what the business is all
about so we found a way to use a smaller smaller
prior an able to be able to pay everyone and online I but the smallest
more prior production for the highest return and Nash the key to the program and the next
point which was important was we didn’t want
to pay on levels were not multi-level we don’t pay on levels we wanted to have unlimited searched and vanity if need be
the pine volume Tapachula compound in the back
because nobody is building outside all those two lines all
everything that they add her well go down and the two lines helping everybody this building together and that actually starts tomorrow
applying create a compound in the back to the crawl in accumulation a BB and I
B /b and taking the time limits all were it doesn’t stop it is the mark but that
doesn’t stop within the week is a goes week to week to week mock the
month the mark for a year would be very and be on that unlimited with IP to make sure that you
get paid so it’s not a question of whether somebody will give pay is simply a matter a win they will get
paid and there’s a lot of things that they could do to accelerate that and all the dynamic to the program work to make that happen and the longer
somebody’s then the faster it should happen the only way it will not happen is that
they quit so you don’t want to do that so we pay weekly or 4.2 times per month
which is 52 times per year to increase earnings on the bar I’m just
like says you’re doing a certain amount upon play 50,000 the only had to do ten
thousand and you could do ten thousand or five
times a a get paid on it you can earn four times the money but if
you only pay once on it the pressure was ten thousand you’re gonna lose a rush to
the bottom to this increases the ability to earn
more on the same amount a bomb production by paying weekly rather than monthly and
this is a goldmine for those people who got a large
business and then it we wanted something that would
attract customers at orders to your baby say we don’t have to hang on necessarily directly and you have a
large customer base on a growing customer base but you went home the
customer base although we ship directly that
elimination assess it either have inventory and redistribute product we do
it all directly the customer this is 2013 there’s no reason to do it any
other way and we should a regular customer provide
then metrics and a profile on them but dealing directly with the cock
customer we can build that database that I was talking about earlier so that
we can do 11 marketing and identify commonalities up products
that people want that we can bring out the increase your sales building share up customer rather than being in a rush in a market
share how many things can we provide each customer so with all there’s a it sobered up a plan
rather than a horizontal which minimizes competition to maximize cooperation senior partners are incentivized to
build below there partners are you resulting in a
compound ineffective everybody the succeeding coming down below to ball apply their income and even excess
volume was somebody is a retailing and doing the adding customers the BB they already made the retail profit the
BB right BB from that overjoyed to be very at the Excel farmers place down strain
and a benefit every single person in that line on that
pain this has never been done before its just
incredible and then we even have gone so far as to
catch up the initial payout to the top senators people so why would you do that draw
supple it insures that the teen that you that have as got you there is doing the
volume is also wanna make money securing the
residual income other senior partners by the junior partners actually earning right relatively
rapidly and then the same your partner can
multiply their income by having mall a ball on franchises or reentry b tch that they
play strategically down their organization vertically II and it creates a center G so powerful that I can’t even explain it he almost
up experience it up because their more primarily Tom but everybody in the line is getting
credit for the volume and they’re actually not spreading
themselves then but securing their original centers as a more apply their income in
helping everyone there’s and the line or on the team child we also provide a master on franchise right from the
beginning with 3b TCH because we know the people understand
the program in the beginning in order to leverage additional residual
income because if you build the first to know from that point forward you don’t
have to build one haven’t a for for HPD stated Paul by poor another weekly chat I am residual income Jul that allows you
to model prior earnings down strain like a multiplying
franchises with reentry salary average: kinda act
like mobile franchises and you can have as
many other movies as you want the more apply your income and credible program tooter think that we identified it was a widespread problem in an industry and prevented success was the lack 0 support standardization and uniformity in running direct sales or network
marketing business is now Armada was different we were actually
giving someone a a shopped are common a box in a mall
without walls and a total system to merchandise and
and build a customer base with up but a common problem and the opportunity entrepreneurial a businesses was a lack a system is
Asian a lack of uniformity a lack of training
a lack of support a locker tools so we wanted to eliminate the confusion
the politics the trial on our by simulating a
franchise but eliminating the downside to
franchising up by not having to have people and bass
by actually paying them a royalty an and by allowing them to become involved
with it I anywhere in the country and that became the on franchise system with
the MTS ash Advisory Council Speaker spear online tolls the Market America
University the required trainings requirements and a plan to make sure the
people were doing the right thing to develop profitability and stability with
publicity growing visibility things like meat on I dot com the next matrix a level digit all guarantee SOS and this is all very real and Josh just not
rhetoric 90 you hear these things that other companies are opportunities what is mostly rhetoric and it certainly
is not worse than Ron and promulgated by the
company this is a very hard to what we’re all
about on franchise then the shop target.com in a box alone was valued at over a hundred thousand
dollars if it were being sold as a franchise but we don’t
want people to have to pay that money we’re either invest in and get them that pipe about you in that
paper technology and that type of business that would
cost a hundred thousand dollars it was a franchise it order to make it accessible and
